Our friends down at TruckersMP (multiplayer for ATS and ETS2) have released a new version of the multiplayer mod. It features full voice support/CB functions to chat with any other players on your server who are within range. You can communicate via voice by pressing the "v" key while driving on the game map. That's cool...
I could see it being helpful during traffic jams, provided people cooperate and aren't acting like children.

That's cool... I could see it being helpful during traffic jams, provided people cooperate and aren't acting like children. I have used it a bit and it seems most players are helpful and give warnings if accidents or other things happen. However, there are some troublemakers but the mods of the server are usually quick to lay down the ban-hammer if they are caught. No swearing or flaming/trolling is allowed and it's strictly enforced. |
